Hello I'm Justin from Kansas. I found this awesome site though a DIY thread on Archerytalk. I have always been intrigued with smokers and what better then to build your own. I have been very impressed with the knowledge and the willingness of everyone to help each other with builds. I am wanting to do a fridge build, I have two different fridges that I will pick from. One is gutted the other is not. Once i get them both gutted I will take pictures and see which one everyone recommends. Other then what I have read over the last few days I have very little experience with anything like this. As of now i'm planning on using an electric heat source. Not sure what I will use for smoke or air flow, but I will figure this out along the way. I'm wanting to use my build for jerky, sausage, pork butts, brisket, ribs ect. Virtually everything. I plan to get pictures up this weekend to show everyone what i'm working with and to get the ball rolling. I want to thank everyone in advance for all the great info and advice I will receive. I can't wait to get started.

Justin
