Hi! I live in the City of BBQ; some of the best in the nation! Thought I would join in and make some of that goodness at home. Jeff’s website and this forum have provided some valuable information and tools to make this happen. I purchased a Smoke Hollow 44”Pro Series LP Gas Smoker, an iGrill2 Thermometer and I‘m ready to smoke!!  Larry
