Hello from Jupiter (Florida that is)

I lived in Florida for nearly 20 years having come from the northeast where I worked for several military and aerospace companies as an engineer. I saw a program about smoking and decided thats what I want to do!! I bought a Brinkman vertical gas smoker a month ago and have been learning from you pros ever since. The name Core Cycle comes from a small manufacturing business that my daughter started several years ago to make dress-up parts for Harleys and v-twins I will be 70 next month and still work part time, I'm enjoying the forum and the website.
