Been backyard grilling for years, but last spring started getting into slow cookin. Started out a little rough, but slowly got the hang of. By no means am I ready for BBQ pitmadters, but know my way around a pit. Always up for learning new tricks on making things better. I have three smokers, big one on trailer, brinkman tmle offset, and an electric for the winter. Looking forward to seeing what tips you all have to turn out some good Q.
