I have been following this site for years and I am embarrassed to say I have never got on the forums but now I am here.  My name is Steve of BoarCephus BBQ team and I have been smoking meat and competing and catering for about 15 years.  Love this site and i know I will enjoy talking with everyone as I love the BBQ family.  I own a custom trailer with old barrel smoker, a custom bbq trailer made from a dairy bulk tank, and currently purchased the FEC 100 by Fasty Eddy Cook shack.  Glad to finally be here on the forum

First off welcome to SMF there Steve. You'll really like this place for there are a bunch of really good folks here that would just love to help you with just about anything to do with smoking meat. Then if you have any questions you just post them here or yu can try in chat for a faster answer. If you are really new to all of this I would recommend that you look up and take the e-course. It is free and it will also give you the basics on smoking. So with all that said now go and get something to smoke.

Welcome To Your New Addiction
