Greetings,

My name is Tom and I am a bar b q snob....

I recently bought a new house and have decided this spring I will begin a multi year project to build an outdoor kitchen.  I say multi year because of costs really.  Get an overall plan and then a little each year.  Who knows maybe faster.  The current plan continues to develop, but we're looking @ a 5' x 10' kitchen with a wood fired oven on one end (hence the multi year part of the project) a counter area, and a smoker/charcoal grill area on the other side.  It might end up being a seperate smoker and charcoal grill.

Anyway in my searches I've come across here to learn what others are doing, and eventually to get some cooking tips.
