Hello, my name is Kelly and I have been reading this site at least a couple of times a day since I found it. This has been a great place to learn. I have had a Char-broil offset wood smoker for a couple of years and a GOSM that I have just gotten recently. So far, they both have produced some good eatin'. I really like smoking butts and I can't say enough about Dutch's baked beans. I tried my first fattie last week and all I can say is, "WOW!"
