Hello from Indiana

Newbie here. live in northern Indiana. have been a meat cutter, butcher for 30 years. Been grilling for at least that long. Just got a new rec tec smoker/grill and am always liioking for new things to try.So I am a newbie to smoking. My other grill is a Napolean gasser. Just seasoned my rec tec and am starting my smoking journey tomorrow. Glad to have found this site. Peace , Don

Welcome to the forums Don!  Congrats on the new Rec Tec!  I've had one for about 8 months, and love it. 

You've found the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
