Hello from Illinois 2

Discussion in 'Roll Call' started by ronbonzo, Nov 8, 2009.

  1. Greetings from an untested newbie here out in the country between Canton and Glasford Illinois. I have been making corned beef beef for the last couple of years and was recently re-introduced to pastrami. Now I have my curiosity up and want to explore everything there is to know about smoking. Wish me luck.
