Hey all, I've been quietly stalking the forum for a while , but I figure it's time to join and really learn something by asking all of you. I've been smoking the basics (ribs, butts, chicken, turkey, fish, etc) for 10 yrs or so, but looking forward to making some snack sticks and sausages. My first attempt will be this weekend with an AC Leggs #116 kit and maybe a few add-ins courtesy of this site. For the sticks, I will be using MES30, but I also have a Traeger Lil Tex pellet grill (love it) and Louisiana Grills kamado (I don't know the model, but also love it when I want to use charcoal). I'm sure that you all know this already, but there is an UNBELIEVABLE amount of info here. Thank you to all of you that make this site possible!
