Welcome from the other side of the river... With my first smoke behind me I've already started planning my next one spend 15 minutes on this site and you will be running to the store and buying every piece of meat you can get your hands on I already bought 15 lbs of loins tonight to make some Canadian bacon out of and to make a loin for Christmas eve dinner... The mes 30 is easy to use I would suggest getting a dual temp probe my smoker was running around 7 degrees hotter than the display was saying with spikes of 15 degrees when heating... Just a suggestion
