Hello, My name is Scott, but people call me scooter. Just joined SMF last week. Got a new side by side smoker and trying to learn a little about it. Have done chicken, chicken legs, ribs and cold smoked bacon. All turned out great. Took Jeffs 5 day tutorial and reading the forums to see what I can learn. I hope to pick up new tricks everyday as I log on to the forums and lessons

Thanks for any help from a great bunch of people

The smoker I have is Home Made from 18" well casing for the fire box, and 24" well casing for the smoke box. To heavy to put in the back of a pickup truck. But it works great
