Hi all. I thought I would join as I have a lot of meat to smoke and will need ideas on different ways to do it. I raise pigs, goats, and turkeys. I set up a area in the shop to butcher meat and I built a smoker for hams, bacon and turkeys. I had been using a small gas smoker but it would only hold a small ham. The new smoker has a 4' by 6' grate and hangers. Butchering starts on the 1st of Nov.  I will have 10 pigs and 10 turkeys so wish me luck!
