Just wanted to say a big howdy from Houston. Just found this site and love it. Currently I'm in an apartment and they won't let me use a smoker, but come February when my lease is up I plan on changing all that and living in a place I can doing some smoking! In the past I have used a Brinkman (if I remember correctly). It was about 30" tall, had 2 racks a pan for water and fire. I've only smoked briskets in the past but I plan to draw on all of your knowledge to try new meats. When I get my new smoker I'm thinking about getting the GOSM with propane.
