Good Evening everyone just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Billy and I'm from Hopkinsville Kentucky and have just started using my Brink Man SNP for smoking till last week I had just been using it for grilling but had a friend give me a load hickory that he had cut down and also just happened to have a nice rump roast in the freezer and said to heck with it, I'm smoking it and the wife said go for it so I fired up the SNP and hit it low and slow keeping the temp around 250-300 for about 6 1/2 - 7 hours and when all was said and done WOW what a roast!!

Welcome Billy to SMF!  In the line just under the major heading where it says in itsy bitsy letters:

Search Forums, Articles, Reviews and More!

that is the search box line.  Just put in SNP mods or Brinkman mods and it should come up with a plethora of articles to look into!
