I finally figured out how to post on here, I am using my cell phone but the mobile version of SMF has no toolbar so I had to switch th view to desktop... everything is tiny now.

So anyway, we raise hogs and I want to learn how to process and smoke our own pork. No loading, no hauling and not having to spend 24 hours in a strange environment means No Stress on our pigs before butchering which means awesome tasting pork without flavorings right from the get-go. I figured this might be a good forum to learn from. :yahoo:
