Howdy all
I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. I'v been smoke'n for about 2 years now. I started with a brinkman offset tin can. Smoked lots of ribs with it. I have since past it on to my son and had my brother build me one to my specs. He like it so much he built one for him. So far I've smoked ribs, chicken and pork butt that turned out great!!! Also tried a brisket that had great flavor but a little on the dry side. Can't wait to try another one.
