Hello, My name is Tom and I am new to the forum as well as smoking in general. I live in Gothenburg Nebraska. I am currently undertaking the task of converting my 1950's Crosley Shelvador into a stick burner. The Fridge was purchased new by my grandfather and has been in the family ever since. I decided to convert to a smoker after the compressor went out on the fridge. This way we can keep this in the family for generations to come. All help would be appreciated in advice on how to properly complete this project. So far I only have the majority of the teardown complete. Thanks!
