I'm new to smoking but i have enjoyed other peoples smoked meats from quite some time. I got my first smoker about 3 months ago. It was given to me through my wife's grandfathers will. It is a charbroil with an off-set box and I also have a webber I use for Grilling. I look forward to any tips. So far I have done a Brisket (pecan wood) and some beef ribs (hickory wood) and I'm going to try my hand at some pork ribs (havn't decided on the wood yet) this Sunday.
