Hey everyone.   I am Scott from GA.   Just sold my XL BGE and got a 40 MES...   Looking for tips and help as I make the change.   I am sure there is a learning curve with an electric smoker.

I will say that after the first smoke (20lbs king fish for fish dip) and several whole chickens,  I am happy to report that I noticed I had much more time to enjoy my beer instead of checking on the egg!

Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Ha!  It was full indeed.   The fish was filleted right off the boat from the gulf.  I ran those in the morning and then ran the chicken in the afternoon. It was an all day deal lol.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a nice hot sunny day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
