Hello all. My name is Chris. Just bought a new smoker today. Been smoking for a few years on an old smoker I built but she took a turn for the worst so my wife bought me a propane smoker for Father's Day. It's the smoke hollow 44" pro series pleas smoker. Just joined so I could read some tips on making better food, especially since the new one keeps temp better than the old. Look forward to reading everyone's thought and making some great meat!
