Hi everyone. My name is Ray (AKA Stratmeister since I play mostly Fender guitars) and I admit I'm a smokeaholic.

I live on the Treasure Coast of Florida in a small town named Sebastian.

I have a MES30 gen 2, a Weber 22" kettle, and a big ol 5 burner gas grill. All the tools I need and can use for now.

I just got an A-Maze-N pellet maze and that's where most of my first questions will be. I smoke mostly pork but have been known to do fish and beef too.
