  Hey everyone, my name is Avery and I'm new to the smoking scene.  A good friend of mine got me into it and I fell in love.  I look forward to learning and meeting all of you.  So I started out with a little electric totem tike and realized fairly quickly it was not going to be enough. I recently bought a Landmann Smoky Mountain Propane smoker that I am chomping at the bit to use.
