My parents bought me a Smoke Hollow smoker for Christmas - and I have been a smoking fool ever since. I love my smoker, I have been using it 3 to 4 times a week and smoking a wide variety; venison, jerky, whole chickens, roasts, turkey breasts, a whole turkey (I liked the breast better), onions, sweet potatoes, chops, the list goes on and on - this weekend I made deep-dish smoked mozzarella pizza - it was awesome! Looking forward to meeting other people who have a passion for smoking and sharing recipes.
