Very glad to be a member. Joined on advice from a friend who has been smoking meat for a good while. I just got into it by purchasing an OkJoe Highland. Already made some mods that I saw on YouTube. Just smoked a pair of baby backs on it yesterday using the 2-2-1 method and they were delicious! The wife was really impressed. Hope to learn more on here. Thanks
