Hello From Eastern Iowa

Hi everyone. I am relatively new to smoking. I have done a little in the past with a sub-par smoker. Friday I borrowed a friends and made some pork loin. Saturday I smoked brats. Sunday I ordered my new smoker. It will be here Wednesday. I can't wait. I bought one large enough to make anything I want yet small enough to throw in the truck to take with us camping. I have been looking through many of the forums on here today and can't wait to try some of the things I have been reading about.

One Eyed Jack, I ordered the Iron Chef Junior. For the price I couldn't justify the box store ones. It will be here tomorrow so I will season it tomorrow night and be smoking on Saturday.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions

Gary, this is from the smoker I borrowed. pork loin done at 190 degrees for about 5 1/2 hrs.
