Thanks for the welcome, my name is Randal Hodges and I'm currently in East Texas.  I've been smoking a little of everything for the past 22 years and have recently catered a couple of weddings for friends.  Just formed my own company (filed all the paperwork and have all my tax identifications) and seeking a porch concession trailer to begin providing meats on a larger scale.  I have two sons currently in the Air Force and one will be leaving in December to assist in the new company.  I'm looking to retire soon and just ready to take my passion for smoking/cooking on the road to competitions and to the public.  I use a reverse flow stick burner and have for the past 22 years.  I have one 4 foot stationary pit in my back yard that after 20 + years am about to retire and purchase another.  I also have a full size 750 gallon propane tank modified and mounted on a 16 foot tandem axle trailer to which I will probably put up for sale when I obtain my concession trailer, just haven't decided as of yet.  My wife and children back me at every step and couldn't do this without them.  I also have an investor that wants me to market my sauce, just haven't crossed that threshold yet.  Still taking it slow n low like what we like to cook and looking forward to sharing some of my tricks and picking up valuable info from all members on here.  Again, thanks for the welcome.
