Greetings All

Jinxee from Queensland Australia here.

Bought me a Hark gas smoker a couple of years back and have been causing havoc ever since.

Up to now I have been smoking pork ribs<swoon>, chicken breasts and sides of salmon. Would like to branch out in bacon, brisket and anything else that will fit into the smoker. Interested in discovering recipe's for different rubs and marinades and damn the scales...

Look forward to using this great resource to get more knowledge on the fantastic art of smoking.

Cheers
