Hello from Denver Colorado

Well, I'm on this forum enough the last few months figured it's time to create an account. I'm an established chef but a beginner in the smoking kingdom and looking to purchase a proper smoker and get going. I've lived all over the country but look to bed down in the Colorado area for at least the next few years. Look forward to many more hours soaking up the knowledge in these forums, Cheers!
