Hello everyone, My name is JR. I'm new to smoking. I have a Char-Broil 430 offset smoker. I have smoked 2 weekends in a row now. Pork butt the first weekend that came out ok. Family thought it was great, but I saw room for improvement. Last weekend did spare ribs with the 3-2-1 method and they came out perfect. Going to try chicken and maybe some ABT's this weekend. Looking for any advice I can get. Thanks.
