Hi everyone. I just joined the forum today and it looks like a great place to be. I am looking forward to everyones tips and tricks as we quest for the perfect BBQ. I have a chargriller smokin pro that I bought in may and have used every weekend since. I will be adding some pics in the very near future.

Well I guess that's all most neighbor I live mabe 35 minutes from Wilmington and about 15 to Newark DE, Closer to HawgHeaven in Newark then Wilmington but it's nice to know there are other lovers of real barbeque near by.
