New to the forum but have been grilling and smoking for years. Just upgraded the smoker to an MES 40 on 9/2/11 for a little more temp control. Used Brinkman and Meco Electrics in the past. Have already picked up a Maverick ET-732 dual probe and waiting for Todd's AMNPS to arrive. For grilling I use a Pacific Gas Specialties Grill coverted to natural gas. Been lurking around here for a while and you guys are costing me with all the recommended toys. Great info and sharing here on the forum. Glad to be here. Looking forward to learning from all of you. 8.5# Boston Butt and a nice rack of Spares going on in a few hours.
