Hows everybody! I do all my smoking on a 23' covered trailer pit. I also have a Okie joe Longhorn smoker, great mountian vertical smoker, and a Bakers and Chefs gas grill. Ive been Q'ing up meats for about 10 years now, I try and cook at least every weekend. Lookin' foward to meeting yall!
