HELLO EVERYBODY!!!!!Long time peruser of the Smoking Meat site (love Jeff's newsletters and share them with everyone) - just getting into the forums, although I signed up a while ago.I have 3 Brinkmann smokers - one large red round charcoal one (smoke/grill), one black rectangular charcoal one, and one black rectangular propane one. I love to cook in general, and the smoking and slow cooking is an extension of that. I'd like to say I've been very successful following tips from the site, and have turned out some pretty darn good Q!I always like trying new recipes and just got an Amazin Pellet Smoker box for my birthday, to try some cold smoking. I have used it on the propane grill with some steaks to give it a little more "woodsy" flavor, and can't wait to try more.I'd love to "talk shop", so please feel free to say hi or PM me.And since all my friends and family say my BBQ is excellent, I've decided to try and enter my first BBQ competition.
