Hello everyone! My name is Brian and I've been reading this forum for a little while before taking the next step to join. I have gas grilled for years and am a semi-experienced smoker for about a year and half using an ECB. I've moved on to a Royal Oak Charcoal Grill w/ offset firebox and the ECB has been turned into my tailgating bbq. I have had success in smoking rubs, butts, and beef rib tips. My next adventure will soon be briskets and fish.
