I came across this website when I was looking into BBQ competitions. The info was very helpful! I started smoking about 20 years ago. Currently I am using 3 Weber one touch golds and a Char - Griller  Outlaw to smoke on. I just did my first KCBS competition and placed 7th in pork and 7th in chicken. It was a great experience and very educational. I learned a lot and hope to compete next year as well. I'm looking forward to reading all of the forums on here and contributing wherever I can. It's nice to be here!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.
