I came across this website when I was looking into BBQ competitions. The info was very helpful! I started smoking about 20 years ago. Currently I am using 3 Weber one touch golds and a Char - Griller  Outlaw to smoke on. I just did my first KCBS competition and placed 7th in pork and 7th in chicken. It was a great experience and very educational. I learned a lot and hope to compete next year as well. I'm looking forward to reading all of the forums on here and contributing wherever I can. It's nice to be here!

Welcome, from a southern Ohio Wolf, to the best forum on the internet if you are looking to learn how to BBQ/smoke/brine/cure/inject. Use the search bar at the top of the page and you will be led to the answer to most every question you can think of. If you don't find the answer there then just post it and someone will chime in with there opinion on the subject.
