Hello from Colorado

Just bought my first ever smoker this last Saturday.  Got a used MES from Craigslist for $75 and smoked my first batch of chicken thighs on Sunday.  Do have to say it was the best chicken I have ever had.  Now I am eyeing my chicken coop and salivating.  LOL

Tonight will smoke some fish.

Welcome to the site!  I'm west of the Springs north of Divide/Florissant about 10 miles.  Went to Antero yesterday but only caught two fish.  Let the first one go as the fishing was very slow.  Second one came about 10 minutes so I kept it thinking things were heating up.  Two hours later I left with the one fish.  If I had kept the first one the wife and I would have had smoke trout for dinner.
