Hi I'm Kyle and I love BBQ and smoked meat. I smoke on Masterbuilt Digital Smokehouse and use Traeger pellets. Right now I'm using Alder pellets for all my meats and fish. I love to smoker all kinds of meats and fish but I'm best at pork ribs. I create my own rubs and BBQ sauces. I do this as a hobby and never competed in any type of competition as of yet. Thanks for letting me join this group.

Welcome to the site!  Plenty of info, recipes and experts on the board to help or answer just about any question you can come up with.

What part of CO?  I'm west of the Springs in the Divide/Florissant area and had to relearn my smoker going from just above sea level to 9100 feet.
