Hello all and SMF!  I just purchased my new smoker last weekend and I love it.  This site has been a great help to me and I'm glad I found it.  Thanks SMF, I look forward to learning from you.  Today I'm gonna do chicken wings in the smoker I'll let you all know how they turn out.
