Hi my name is Kevin. I'm from upstate ny, Claverack to be accurate. I have been using my Masterbuilt XL smoker propane. I've done some venison, beef, ribs, turkey and chicken. Tomorrow I'll be doing a pork butt for pulled pork. This is my first year at smoking meat. I've grilled for a years. This has become a lot of fun and I want to smoke something new each weekend. I've looked a round this site a little bit. Everyone seems to be pretty willing to share info. Looking forward to picking up some of the tricks it would take me years to learn.
