Hello all I'm 42 from Cincinnati ,hence the name "Nati"Smoke. I use a big custom trailer wood smoker built out of an old military trailer . can hold 16 + butts or a big ass pig at time. I love my meat smoked long and slow ,and will add bacon to anything !
