Hey there!  Got into smoking about a year ago.  Up to a pack a day....just kidding.  Love everything from ribs, pork, brisket and the standard stuff to fish, lamb, game.  Just basically try to smoke everything I can these days.  Been really into smoking jerky too.

I have a very rare campground - like yard in the middle of a busy Chicago neighborhood, so I take full advantage every weekend.  I'll be glad to share my creations and can't wait to check out everyone else's.

I'm working on a Brinkmann Trailmaster offset at the moment, and have been getting great results with a few non-permanent, foil-based mods.  Great smoker, if anyone else is rockin one, I'd love to talk about it.
