    Hello everyone.  Lots of good stuff here on smf.  Been reading a lot.  Learned more in the last 5 days than years of trial and error.

    Thanks, I hope to learn more.  Been reading and reading.  On day 3 of the ecourse.  Got the "recipe" but have not made it yet.  Still learning the best ways to search.  That bacon looks mighty fine.

    Welcome to the Smoking Meat Forums Family, Stoaway.  This site makes it way easier to learn the art of smoking-there is a lot less 'trial and error' to go through.

    The "Search" function is pretty straight forward: just type in your key word (i.e. Brisket; Chicken; Pulled Pork [Pork Butt]; Ribs; Sausage; Bacon; etc.) into the search box, hit the search button and get ready to read pages of information.
