Good morning Smoke junkies. I've been following your post for months now. Everything I have tried & smoked has turned out good. Thanks. Today is my last big smoke for the year.today's special is 21lbs Canadian bacon & 5lbs buckboard bacon. Half is cured & rubbed with local maple syrup. Half is cured & rubbed with honey from a local beekeeper it is orange blossom. I think Apple is getting the call today.here is a pic of my bacon's on there way to the smoker. Will post end product.
