Hey all, Tom here! Just got my new Pellet Pro grill seasoned last weekend, and really looking forward to putting this thing to use! I've used a cheaper Smoke Hollow propane smoker for the last few years, and had moderate success with pork ribs, a pork butt, and some pork/venni snack sticks. Looking to step it up with the Pellet Pro.
