Hi Everybody. My name is Ken and I live in Upstate NY, just south of the Adirondacks. I've been looking over this forum and I must say I'm impressed. Seems there's alot of people out there that really enjoy smoking meat as much as I do. My sons got me a Masterbuilt 7 in 1 stainless steel smoker for Christmas a couple years ago. I've tried most types of meat and haven't had a bad meal yet. I warn most of my friends not to place any of the meat on top of their head. I would hate to see there tongue slap them to death trying to get to it LOL. Any words of wisdom for me are very welcome.
