Well I have been looking around here long enough and figured it was time to join. Looking forward to many future smokes, did my first this past Saturday. (post to follow) I was given a Texas Hunter offset smoker by a cousin and have been bitten by the bug. Don't know alot about the smoker or the company and can't find much info with a Google search so I am posting a picture. Anyway nice to meet everyone and officially be here.
