Hello all I am DJ, I live in a little town called Hoopeston IL. I have been smoking meat for a couple years now and do so whenever time and budget allows, I seem to have a bit of an obsession with it. I have 2-UDS's, 2- 22.5" Weber Kettles, 1 18.5" Weber kettle, 1- Brinkman offset and a Genesis E-330S as my weapons along with a load of cast iron cookware and tripod for cooking over the open fire. I love learning from others experiences along with sharing my own experiences when smoking meat. My dream is to one day have a restaurant in which I can do what I love and make people happy with food. I am an IT tech by trade, a volunteer fireman on the side and love tinkering with and riding my Harley along with restoring and enjoying my 1962 Chevrolet Impala and 1955 Cadillac Fleetwood. I look forward to participating and browsing in this forum.
