Hello everyone, my name is Tim, and new to the forum. I was an avid Holland user for almost 16 years until the bottom rusted out. Of course not under warranty, so time for a new grill. Never thought much of the ceramic smokers until I really looked at them, afterwards I bought a Primo Oval XL. I am still figuring it out and have done a few ribs, Boston butts, steaks, and hamburgers. Even though they turned out great, I know I can do better. Also, I like trying new recipes so the more the better. Thank you in advance for any help, and pointers.
