Hey all,

I've been smoking for a few years but am still working on the craft. I have a TX Pit Crafter PM100 offset wood smoker, Weber Performer kettle and a weber gas grill I've had for 10+ years now. I've got a handle on brisket and pulled pork and am constantly working on ribs. Can't seem to get them right. Anyway glad to be aboard and looking forward to learning how to do things better.

Jeff
